6 Day Supermodel Slimdown. Does it really work?

This week I am reviewing the 6 day supermodel slim down program.  It says you can lose 6 pound in 6 days! Does it really work?

I purchased Leandro Carvalho’s Brazil Butt Lift program which comes with 3 discs, 1 band, 1 guide booklet, on the go exercise cards, and the 6 day supermodel slimdown plan.

Let’s start!

Chest 38 inches, Waist 34 inches, Hips 39 inches

Arms 11 inches, Thighs 22 inches

When you order the program they will give you a booklet with a 6 day meal plan along with the work out for the day.  I substituted some of the items with what I had at home to see if it still worked.  The meals below are different from the meals in the booklet.

Day 1 / total calories 1029 / Cardio Axe workout disc

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs

Snack: 13 cubed pineapple pieces (dole canned) 1/2 cup cottage cheese

Lunch: 1 can tuna, 3 cups salad, 1 tsp mayo, 1 small cucumber sliced

Snack: 10 raw unsalted almonds (publix container)

Dinner: 4 oz chicken, Salad

Day 2 / total calories 1000 / Bum Bum workout disc

Breakfast: Raisin bran omega and flax seed 2/3 cup, 1/2 cup 2% milk

Snack: 13 pcs cubed pineapple (dole canned) 1/2 cottage cheese

Lunch: 1 can tuna, 2 cups salad, 2 tomato slices

Snack: 10 raw unsalted almonds (publix container)

Dinner: seasoned 4 oz Salmon, 3 cups salad

Day 3 / total calories 1010 / Cardio Axe workout disc

Breakfast: 3 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 lean shake chocolate

Snack: 1 cup cubed watermelon 1/2 cup yogurt low-fat plain

Lunch: 8 grilled shrimp, 3 cups salad, sprinkled lime

Snack: 10 raw unsalted almonds, 1/2 lean shake chocolate

Dinner: 4 oz chicken, 3 cups salad, 1/4 tomato

Day 4 / total calories 991 / Bum Bum workout disc

Breakfast: 3 scrambled egg whites with 1 tbsp salsa

Snack: 1 cup cubed watermelon, 1 string cheese

Lunch: 4 oz chicken, 2 cups salad

Snack: 10 raw unsalted almonds

Dinner: 4 oz chicken, 3 cups salad, sprinkle lime, 1 cup zucchini

Day 5 / total calories 982 / Cardio Axe & Tummy tuck workout disc

Breakfast: Raisin bran omega and flax seed 2/3 cup, 1/2 cup 2% milk

Snack: 10 raw unsalted almonds (publix container)

Lunch: 1 can tuna, 3 cups salad, 1 small cucumber sliced

Snack: 1 cup cubed watermelon, 1 string cheese

Dinner: 2 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup broccoli, 2 cups salad, 1 slice tomato

Day 6! / total calories 1022 / Bum Bum workout disc

3 egg white omelet, 2/3 spinach, 1/4 cheese, sprinkle hot sauce (tapatio)

Wow! I made it! Sooooo, did it work? The answer is YES!!! true to his word Leandro Carvalho’s 6 day supermodel slim down delivered.

Let’s be honest, I’m totally addicted to the results. It seems that the program starts a trickle effect.  I started eating different, working out daily with Brazil Butt lift program for at least 30 minutes burning an average of 200 – 300 calories with a heart rate of 135 to 160 during workout.  It also has an effect on the digestive side of things also.  So, I’m going to keep going and do the program again.  I thought that eating about 1000 calories a day was going to be brutal but I found that it was enough food.  The booklet has different meals and actually you can eat more if you follow the guide.  I strongly recommend this one.  And it’s not just for the ladies.  The booklet has a meal plan for the guys too!
